READYING EMAIL MARKETING FOR PRIMETIME.
As the Global Creative Director for Campaign Monitor, a 13 year old Australian company newly establishing itself San Francisco, I was challenged to grow personally, both with the business and with my management skills. I built an amazing team from some existing creatives throughout the world and added more than a few new ones to the mix. We were a powerhouse for the business—delivering a leveled up experience for attracting and maintaining customers.
The first thing we did was develop a brand book to keep the global offices on brand band informed. A company our size knew the value of saying the same thing, to the same target, always. We built the best website I had ever been a part of which largely stands today. I helped identify, hire and partner with Barrett SF to create our first brand campaign for a huge splash.

In a little under 2 years we were able to grow from 5.4M in revenue per month to 9.6M in revenue per month. During that time the company almost doubled revenue through aggressive organic growth and acquisition. Not only did we create an industry leading website, we drove folks to it like mad via Brand Campaigns, Industry Campaigns, Customer Campaigns, SEM, Content, Blog Posts, SEO, Events and more. Not bad for a scrappy hardworking world-wide team.
